Can I still modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we can no longer make any changes. To ensure a fast delivery time, our warehouse processes every order immediately. You can return the package to receive a full refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if I have provided incorrect address details?

Creating a new shipment involves additional costs. These costs are officially the customer’s responsibility. Make sure to provide the correct address and double-check it before confirming the payment.

What does 100% Oeko-Tex mean?

“100% Oeko-Tex” means that the material has been tested and certified by OEKO-TEX®, an independent worldwide testing system for textile safety.

  • The fabric contains no harmful or toxic substances that could be dangerous for humans.
  • Every component (thread, buttons, labels, dyes, etc.) meets strict safety standards.
  • It is safe for direct contact with the skin — even for babies, if it has the Standard 100 certification.

So “100% Oeko-Tex” basically guarantees that the product is completely free from harmful chemicals and safe to use.
